Quantity Surveyor - Cost Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Cost Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or Gulf region. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects that create a positive and tangible impact worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys to ascertain locations of natural features and structures using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
• Operate and manage land-information computer systems, storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports.
• Review information from survey teams, analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Research legal records, analyze data, and determine boundary lines.
• Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare maps and reports.
• Manage complex surveying projects of diverse scope and scale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in MEP or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or related construction disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in land-information systems and computer-aided surveying software.
• Demonstrated expertise in survey data analysis, verification, and technical report preparation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of boundary research, legal records analysis, and property demarcation procedures.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Asian languages is required.
• Professional certification or licensure in surveying or cost engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
