Information Technology Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Security: Implement and enforce robust data management protocols, including monitoring network access, managing backup systems, and safeguarding sensitive information. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies to mitigate risks and protect critical assets.
• Vendor and Third-Party Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with third-party software providers, negotiating contracts, evaluating new software solutions, and coordinating troubleshooting efforts. Leverage these partnerships to adopt cutting-edge technologies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Technology Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT landscape, evaluating their potential impact on the organization. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to modernize infrastructure, improve system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or specialized training in IT systems, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in an IT support or administration role, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges. Prior experience in a corporate or enterprise environment is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of hardware and software systems, including operating systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices is a strong asset.
