We're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll manage and monitor our installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Monitor and analyze application performance, collaborating with developers to implement fixes.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Execute maintenance duties according to the maintenance plan, following preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Inspect and verify status of assets/spare parts, performing corrective maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot using as-built documents, schematics, and other resources.
• Collaborate with Systems ML1 engineers to resolve incidents and analyze root causes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Proficient knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and SQL, with experience in Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based applications and monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Domain Controller administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
