Traffic Engineer - Infrastructure Projects

As we expand locally and regionally, we seek a mid-level Traffic Engineer to lead temporary traffic management for our infrastructure projects.

The Traffic Engineer will plan, implement, and monitor traffic management plans, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications, Saudi regulations, and international standards. This role involves close collaboration with construction teams, planning departments, authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Develop, review, and implement Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TTMPs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders for traffic diversions and road closures.
• Conduct traffic impact assessments and minimize disruption to road users.
• Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of traffic control devices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and incident investigations.
• Liaise with government authorities regarding traffic management activities.
• Prepare reports, permits, and documentation required by clients and regulatory authorities.
• Promote continuous improvement in traffic management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Transportation, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of total experience, with 2-3 years in the same position.
• Proven experience working on major infrastructure projects.
