You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive business growth and enhance our brand's presence.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to align stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-impact campaigns. Your ability to drive alignment and execution will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in our fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

• Campaign Strategy & Planning: Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution, translating business and marketing goals into clear objectives and execution plans. Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, timelines, and success metrics.
• Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery. Adopt a 360° campaign approach, activating a mix of channels to execute and amplify campaigns effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear briefing, alignment, and accountability.
• Performance & Optimization: Track campaign performance against defined KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Optimize campaigns in-flight based on performance data and learnings.
• Process & Scale: Establish and improve campaign management processes, tools, and documentation. Support repeatable, scalable campaign frameworks for future launches. Maintain campaign calendars and reporting dashboards.

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in campaign management, strong project management and organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset. Experience running multi-channel campaigns and working cross-functionally is essential.
