Regional Sales Leadership Role: Western Region

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader for our Western Region to drive our project channel sales and contribute to our overall business success in KSA. This role is pivotal in achieving our corporate objectives and KPIs, and requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the building materials industry.

The primary responsibility is to deliver the project channel sales mission for the region, focusing on three key sub-channels: Residential, Hotels, and Healthcare. You will identify and engage with key targets within each sub-channel, including developers, contractors, designers, hotel operators, and healthcare institutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tools that enhance service and support for project sales.
• Regularly engage with contractors, developers, dealers, consultants, and other stakeholders to build a strong network and promote the Grohe brand.
• Accurately forecast sales and measure critical success factors to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and report competitor market intelligence and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Identify and explore marketing events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively with other business channels and Leader Projects KSA to achieve common goals and KPIs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential, while proficiency in other languages is considered an asset. Proven experience in managing external relationships and working in a fast-paced, competitive environment is crucial.
