We are seeking a driven and strategic Team Leader to accelerate our mission of delivering to every door, every day.

Your Role and Responsibilities

At Noon, we thrive on the energy and dedication of our team, which comprises some of the brightest, most ambitious professionals in the industry. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Dark Stores (1-2 stores) to ensure seamless fulfillment and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient functioning of assigned Dark Stores, ensuring optimal performance in fulfillment and logistics.
• Inventory and Consumables Management: Monitor and optimize the consumption of consumables (packaging materials) across warehouses to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
• Safety Stock Assurance: Ensure all warehouses maintain essential safety stocks to prevent disruptions in order processing and maintain service reliability.
• Process Adherence and Training: Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse teams on ERP systems and best practices to drive productivity and process adherence.
• Cost KPI Tracking: Identify, track, and drive critical cost Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with the company’s performance and cost objectives.
• ERP Utilization: Leverage ERP functions and reports to maximize output, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Daily Operations Management: Plan and assign daily tasks, address performance issues, and continuously improve productivity on the warehouse floor.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational cohesion.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and attributes to Noon:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce, preferably in a related field such as warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to articulate ideas effectively and persuasively.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel functions (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas), and ERP systems.
• Problem-Solving: A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong bias for action and results.
