The Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team, driving our Lead 2030 hiring strategy by diversifying and developing the external talent pipeline for the region. This role focuses on identifying and attracting high-caliber, diverse talent for sales, customer service, and engineering roles, with a specific emphasis on Saudi Arabia.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping, and advanced research.
• Conduct in-depth screenings, sell the Hilti proposition, and manage candidate journeys.
• Screen and shortlist direct applications, working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
• Monitor search performance metrics to optimize search strategies and deliver results efficiently.
• Maintain strong networks with candidates, the TA team, and the wider business, sharing best practices and innovation.
• Promote Hilti as an employer of choice through social media platforms and regular, engaging communication.
