About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify commercial risks and draft proposed changes to contract documents to ensure alignment with Siemens Healthineers’ requirements and operational standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our contractual agreements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate identified commercial risks and required contract modifications to managers and relevant governance owners. Ensure transparency and alignment across departments to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Documentation and Approval: Prepare and oversee all necessary internal approval documents, including risk checklists, inter-departmental reviews, and management approvals. Your organizational skills will be essential in streamlining the approval process.
• Contract Interpretation and Guidance: Translate complex contract terms into actionable project directives, guiding the project team to ensure operational compliance. Identify potential risks and escalate them appropriately to governance owners for resolution.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate seamless inter-departmental reviews and manage changes to customer contracts, ensuring all modifications are accurately implemented and documented.
• Compliance and Review: Assess contract risk profiles to ensure adherence to established Limits of Authority (LoA) guidelines and other communicated policies. Review purchase orders for compliance with contracts, offers, or framework agreements.
• Agreement Management: Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and other miscellaneous agreements within the offer process. Your adaptability will be key in managing varying volumes of requests.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust blend of education and experience. A law degree with prior contract management experience in both private and government sectors is highly preferred. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree combined with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in commercial transactions and contract management will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and documentation management skills, coupled with strong negotiation expertise. Your ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and finalize contract agreements will be vital. Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills is required, with fluency in both Arabic and English to engage effectively with clients, partners, and subcontractors. A deep understanding of commercial contract administration, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies is essential.
