The Network Security Senior Manager is a critical role responsible for driving a proactive and strategic approach to network security within our organization. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of advanced security architectures, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks. • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our network security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify potential vulnerabilities, assess risk exposure, and prioritize remediation efforts.
• Develop, manage, and continuously evaluate the performance of our network security measures, reporting on security posture and compliance metrics.
• Facilitate regular security training and awareness programs, fostering a culture of security mindfulness across the organization.
• Act as the primary incident responder, coordinating all aspects of response to network security incidents and leading post-incident reviews.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into security strategy and policy revisions.
