Accountant

Join Our Team as an Accountant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards and regulations, and support our company's financial operations. Proficiency in Arabic and English, along with experience in Saudi financial systems, is highly desirable.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with SOCPA standards.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
• Support VAT submission preparation and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Effectively communicate with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws (if handling payroll).
• Support internal and external audits and assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and Saudi financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, advanced MS Excel, knowledge of VAT, WHT, Zakat, and Saudi GAAP (SOCPA).
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
