Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

Autobia is seeking a dynamic Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to enhance the speed, efficiency, and reliability of our operational flow across procurement, inbound logistics, fulfillment, and dispatch. This role is pivotal in identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and building visibility for data-driven decision-making.

• Map and monitor end-to-end order cycle time, identifying areas of delay and inefficiency.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and support improvement initiatives across procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Track supplier performance, operational delays, and key exception patterns to enhance reliability and response time.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to facilitate faster operational decision-making.
• Measure performance, identify gaps, and track results for process improvement initiatives.
• Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve execution discipline and drive continuous operational improvement.
• Monitor operational KPIs and highlight areas of underperformance and opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and experience with data visualization tools are essential. Fluency in Arabic is required. Experience in automotive, ecommerce, or related environments is a plus.
