As the Director of Home Healthcare, you will spearhead the establishment and operational launch of our Home Healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operational Model & Governance: Develop and implement a robust operating model, governance framework, care pathways, and service design that support safe, scalable, and patient-centered care delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Secure all necessary regulatory approvals, licensing, and operational readiness to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies prior to service launch.
• Policy & Standardization: Create and implement operational policies, clinical pathways, and service standards that standardize care delivery, enhance quality outcomes, and ensure consistent operational performance across all service areas.

Home Healthcare Operations

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Home Healthcare services, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include:

• Performance Monitoring: Track operational, financial, quality, and patient experience KPIs, taking proactive measures to enhance productivity, clinical outcomes, service quality, and overall operational performance.
• Workforce Optimization: Strategically deploy and manage workforce resources to ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and operational capacity that align with patient demand while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Uphold the highest standards of clinical, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks and maintaining patient safety.

• Vendor Governance: Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance to ensure partners consistently deliver agreed service levels, quality standards, and commercial value.
