We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tailor to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will advise customers on shaping and altering items to meet their preferences, perform necessary repairs as per customer specifications, and ensure timely delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience and boost our business.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Consult customers on available options to customize items to their requirements and preferences.
• Deliver superior customer service by executing alterations as per customer specifications and ensuring timely delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Education/Qualification: High School qualification with a diploma or certificate in tailoring.
• Experience: 2 - 3 years in the fashion industry.
• Functional Skills & Knowledge: Advanced technical knowledge of fabrics, excellent customer service orientation, strong product knowledge, and a pleasant personality with good grooming. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
