Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Style Advisor is responsible for transforming each store visit into a memorable luxury experience by embodying the Zegna Mindset and adhering to the Zegna Selling Flow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture deep, long-term relationships with customers by providing unparalleled service, from the initial welcome to post-sale follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM tools and company-provided technology (e.g., iPad/iPod) to create a seamless and integrated luxury experience, including personalized styling recommendations and after-sales communication.
  • Anticipate and exceed customer expectations by understanding their preferences, occasions, and unexpressed needs, while offering tailored solutions such as Zegna Su Misura (Made-to-Measure) services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring adherence to Zegna’s global policies on alterations, repairs, and returns.
• Expert Styling and Product Knowledge:
  • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Zegna’s collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and style evolution to provide expert advice on color coordination, textures, patterns, and garment functionality.
  • Create and recommend "total looks" that align with customer preferences and occasions, demonstrating the versatility and sophistication of Zegna’s offerings.
  • Conduct garment fittings and take alteration measurements for ready-to-wear items to ensure a perfect fit, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about store stock levels and adjust sales strategies to maximize sell-through, while providing actionable feedback to the Store Manager on product performance and customer insights.
• Visual and Image Management:
  • Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming in alignment with Zegna’s uniform and grooming guidelines, representing the brand’s luxury image at all times.
  • Ensure the store environment, product displays, and packaging adhere to Zegna’s visual and quality standards, reinforcing the brand’s prestige and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the store team to uphold a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space that enhances the customer experience.
• Sales and Business Development:
  • Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, including attracting new customers and expanding the customer database.
  • Promote Zegna’s full range of products and services, including Su Misura, by demonstrating their value and aligning them with customer needs.
  • Utilize "Zegna Stories" to enrich the selling ceremony, creating an emotional connection with customers and highlighting the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal presentation and store aesthetics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are highly desirable.
