Director of Finance & Accounting

The Director of Finance & Accounting serves as the strategic financial business leader for our property, driving initiatives that meet and exceed the needs of our brand's target customers and employees while maximizing return on investment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies, creating annual operating budgets, and leading finance and accounting teams to deliver desirable financial results.

• Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Analyze financial data and market trends, create annual budget plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement business risk management controls.
• Leading Finance & Accounting Teams: Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members, oversee audit processes, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders: Communicate financial concepts clearly, advise the GM and executive committee on operating/financial issues, and understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major with no work experience required.
