Director of Finance & Accounting

The Director of Finance & Accounting serves as the strategic financial business leader for the property, driving profitability and operational excellence. This role is responsible for championing, developing, and implementing property-wide financial strategies that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and employees.

The primary focus of this role is to provide financial expertise to support the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives, while maximizing return on investment. This involves creating and executing a business plan aligned with the property and brand's business strategy, focusing on financial and accounting activities, and delivering desirable financial results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic planning and decision-making, including budget planning, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Leading and developing finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of sound financial decision-making and integrity.
• Anticipating and delivering on the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, and guests, by providing clear, persuasive financial communication and advice.

Candidates should possess a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major, with 2 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, or a master's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major with no work experience required.
