As the Chief Investment Officer, you will:

• Develop and execute capital formation strategies, bridging the business with global investors.
• Lead fundraising across equity, debt, and structured capital.
• Build and manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Own the investment narrative, pitch materials, and investor communications.
• Oversee due diligence processes and data rooms end-to-end.
• Advise leadership on capital strategy, structuring, and timing of raises.
