Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure seamless user experiences across multiple devices and browsers.
• Back-End Development: Build and optimize server-side applications, APIs, and databases using technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or PHP (Laravel/Symfony). Implement robust security measures and performance enhancements.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and manage relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. Optimize queries and ensure data integrity.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile methodologies to ensure project success.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, propose creative solutions, and continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Project Delivery: Adhere to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of code quality, documentation, and best practices. Ensure timely updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Technical Proficiency: Profound expertise in full-stack development, including proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP).
• Framework Experience: Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Express.js, Django, Flask, Laravel, etc.).
• Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database design, SQL/NoSQL systems, and ORM tools to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze technical challenges, debug issues, and implement efficient solutions under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and adaptability to remote work environments.
• Portfolio & Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing past projects, including full-stack web applications, APIs, or other relevant work. Prior freelance or remote work experience is a plus.
