• Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage product portfolios and monitor market trends.
• Set sales targets and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Guide team members to achieve operational excellence.

We seek a dynamic professional with:

• Proven experience in business line management, product management, or business unit leadership within healthcare or related industries.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
• Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, with understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
