As a Senior MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure that MEP systems are integrated effectively with architectural and structural designs, and that they meet the project's performance, budget, and schedule requirements.

• Develop and review MEP designs and specifications.
• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated effectively.
• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software is essential. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also required.
