Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Test will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our products and services. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Execution of Test Plans: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software applications, systems, and processes. Ensure alignment with project timelines and business requirements.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Proactively identify, document, and track defects, anomalies, or inconsistencies using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards to enhance product integrity. Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing to mitigate risks and ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment on testing objectives. Provide timely updates on testing progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, metrics, and reports. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Testing) are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and database management systems is advantageous.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes of issues. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing are essential.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
