Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Analyst – KSA National to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Investment Analyst will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Strategic Investment Leadership: Develop and document a clear, actionable investment strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives. Ensure that all fund operations and management practices adhere to this strategy while maximizing returns and minimizing risks.
• Informed Decision-Making: Conduct comprehensive investment analysis to generate well-researched recommendations for senior management. Your insights will be pivotal in guiding critical investment decisions that drive growth and sustainability.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly evaluate fund performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare professional, bilingual reports (English/Arabic) to present quarterly updates and market insights to the Fund Director and top management.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact the Group’s operations, reputation, or financial stability. Ensure full compliance with Family Office policies and group regulatory requirements in the Cayman Islands, leveraging third-party providers as necessary.
• Macroeconomic Research: Conduct thorough macroeconomic research to uncover potential investment opportunities. Stay abreast of global market trends, regulatory changes, and economic shifts that may influence investment strategies.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to strengthen the Group’s investment capabilities. Foster alignment with broader organizational goals and provide support for initiatives across departments.
• Regulatory and Policy Adherence: Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective measures to safeguard fund integrity and performance.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of investment performance, compliance activities, and decision-making rationales. Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and is readily accessible for audits or reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation will be highly advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in international public market equities, with a preference for candidates who have worked within a financial institution, bank, or family office. Experience in a similar role within a family office or investment management environment is particularly desirable.
• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national to ensure alignment with local market expertise and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessment tools. Strong command of both English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports for diverse audiences.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while maintaining a results-driven approach.
