Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader Western Region to spearhead our Projects Channel operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This pivotal role is based in Jeddah and requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in project sales, market development, and stakeholder management within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote work options, commencing on May 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
The Leader Western Region will play a critical role in delivering the Projects Channel Sales Mission for KSA by identifying and targeting key channels and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Channel Development and Target Identification:
- Sub Channel B (Residential): Focus on developers, contractors, and designers as primary targets, with the flexibility to allocate resources based on capacity and existing relationships.
- Sub Channel A (Hotels): Engage with hotel operators and developers to drive project sales and brand visibility.
- Sub Channel C (Healthcare): Target owners and healthcare institutions to expand market presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain management (SCM), product teams, and other departments to develop and deliver tools that enhance service and support for project sales, ultimately driving increased revenue.
- Market Engagement and Networking: Conduct regular visits to contractors, developers, dealers, consultants, and other key stakeholders to build a robust network of professional influencers and decision-makers, promoting Grohe’s brand and solutions.
- Channel Partner Support: Provide strategic support to distribution channels and collaborate with channel partners to maximize project sales opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts, while measuring and analyzing critical success factors to implement best practices and improvement processes.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive database of key project contacts in the region and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Gather and report competitor market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Budget Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure all activities are conducted within budget guidelines while optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Marketing and Brand Exposure: Identify and leverage marketing and specification events to enhance brand visibility, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen Grohe’s position within the sector.
- Salesforce Utilization: Ensure full adherence to Salesforce CRM by creating, managing, and updating a detailed database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects with all relevant information.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other business channels, including OTC (Over The Counter) and Showroom, to achieve common goals and KPIs for the region.
Qualifications and Education
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are essential. Additional language skills will be considered a valuable asset.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or an equivalent field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role within the building materials industry or a related field.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment, with a strong ability to maintain LIXIL’s high standards of quality and excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in managing external relationships and stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and institutional clients.
Location and Commitment
This position is based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time on-site presence. The successful candidate will be expected to commence duties on May 1, 2026, and demonstrate a commitment to driving growth and innovation within the region.
