About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our team in Al Hufuf. This full-time, hybrid position offers the flexibility of partial remote work while ensuring collaboration with our in-house marketing and creative departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, curating, and executing compelling social media content across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful audience engagement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our digital presence, aligning content strategies with campaign goals, and delivering measurable results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
• Content Creation & Publishing: Design, write, and produce engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to each platform’s best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to enhance content quality and reach.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions. Utilize insights to refine content strategies, improve audience targeting, and maximize ROI on digital campaigns.
• Community Management: Foster and maintain a positive brand presence by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Trend Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing best practices. Recommend innovative approaches to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution of integrated campaigns. Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and content creators to amplify reach and impact.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media initiatives, to drive lead generation and brand loyalty.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in social media content creation, digital marketing, and strategic communication. The following qualifications are essential:

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in social media content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and measurable outcomes.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook, along with their respective content formats and best practices.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media analytics, identify trends, and apply data-driven insights to optimize content performance and strategy.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Organizational Agility: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
• Collaboration & Creativity: Experience working with influencers, agencies, or content creators is a plus. A creative mindset and passion for storytelling are highly valued.
• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
