Role Overview

As a Production Worker / Technician at Sulzer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by ensuring the seamless assembly, testing, and inspection of products to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Product Assembly and Testing: Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering standards. Conduct thorough testing to verify functionality and performance.
• Quality Inspection: Perform meticulous inspections of finished goods to identify defects or deviations from quality benchmarks. Report discrepancies promptly to maintain product integrity.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to create a secure and compliant work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, test results, and equipment maintenance logs to support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in diagnosing basic equipment issues and perform minor repairs to prevent disruptions in the production line.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in production, assembly, or related fields.
• Fundamental mechanical and technical aptitude to operate machinery and tools effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and report issues clearly.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, quality control procedures, and industry regulations.
