Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our retail team in Hail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining high merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, identify their requirements, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Actively promote products and promotions to meet individual and store sales targets through strategic questioning and upselling techniques.
• Merchandising & Store Presentation: Ensure product displays are visually appealing, shelves are fully stocked, and pricing/signage is accurate. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to reflect the company’s high standards.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to assist customers effectively and confidently.
• Point-of-Sale Operations: Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalate complex issues to management when necessary, and follow up to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with colleagues and store management to achieve daily operational goals. Participate in team meetings, support new team members, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Loss Prevention & Compliance: Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to safeguard assets and maintain a safe, secure retail environment.
• Performance Reporting: Provide timely feedback to store management regarding customer trends, inventory requirements, and sales performance to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of retail or sales experience is preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates with exceptional customer service skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, enabling clear and professional customer interactions.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to delivering friendly, responsive, and personalized service to build lasting customer relationships.
• Numerical Competence: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic calculations with attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and moving stock as needed, and performing routine store maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic retail setting.
• Legal Eligibility: Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
