Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Controller to strengthen our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, driving strategic decision-making, and supporting operational excellence through robust financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial controlling, a deep understanding of project accounting, and proficiency in SAP to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Governance and Compliance: Uphold and enforce internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies to safeguard financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Data Accuracy and Reporting: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in financial data, ensuring that all reports reflect precise and reliable information.
• Budget and Performance Monitoring: Oversee budget adherence, financial performance, and business targets, providing proactive insights to management for informed decision-making.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports, conducting thorough analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives to support long-term financial planning and resource allocation.
• Project Accounting Oversight: Manage and monitor project accounting activities, ensuring accurate cost tracking, allocation, and financial performance evaluation for all initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to enhance financial processes, streamline reporting, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Management Support: Provide executive leadership with comprehensive financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic planning and business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Management Controlling, Financial Controlling, or a comparable finance function.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in project accounting, including cost tracking, allocation, and financial performance evaluation.
• In-depth, practical experience with SAP is mandatory to ensure seamless integration with our financial systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset.
