Services & Data Solutions Senior Director

We seek an accomplished leader to helm our Service & Data Solutions division, pioneering innovative digital solutions and data-driven services that empower socio-economic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer the Service & Data Solutions vertical, aligning it with our organization's strategy and business objectives.
• Drive solution design, support RFP responses, and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure successful project delivery with high quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop data-driven strategies leveraging advanced analytics to inform business decisions and product roadmaps.
• Lead the development and commercialization of data-driven products and digital services, including analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT solutions, digital products, government services, or related industries.
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong experience in enterprise integration, including APIs, Microservices, and Middleware.
• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, product scaling, and commercialization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cloud Services and modern digital platforms.
• Experience with Data & Business Intelligence, including Big Data, Data Governance, and Visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity principles and compliance within government environments.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
• Proven track record in product development, pre-sales activities, and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within socio-economic sectors.
