As a Field Service Engineer MEAT & CIS, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring quick resolution of complex customer challenges and driving business growth.

In this remote-based position, reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager MEAT & CIS, you'll:

• Perform advanced installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on microscopy systems and related equipment.
• Collaborate with MEAT&CIS channel partners, providing training, support, and guidance to junior team members.
• Support business implementation and readiness plans, creating work instructions and SOPs, and driving service revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven technical expertise in repair, calibration, maintenance, and upgrade of microscopy systems, with advanced knowledge of at least 2 complex products.
• Strong networking, influencing, and communication skills across functions and levels.
• Training and/or coaching experience, with a willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• A valid driver's license.

It would be beneficial if you also have:

• A track record of delivering standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a matrix organization, building remote and cross-cultural relationships.
