Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to spearhead the expansion of NOLTE brand kitchen projects within the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing key business opportunities across Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), corporate entities, and developer-led initiatives. Your primary objective will be to secure high-value projects while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, profitability benchmarks, and operational excellence. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, and interior fit-out sectors.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in project sales within the kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry, interiors, or fit-out industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tendering processes and the ability to interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with precision.
- A valid Saudi driving license to facilitate regional travel and client engagements.
Core Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:
- Opportunity Development: Actively source and cultivate new project opportunities for NOLTE kitchens, leveraging market insights and industry networks to identify high-potential leads.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Forge and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers to drive project adoption and brand loyalty.
- Tender Management: Pre-qualify Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders by providing technical expertise, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions that align with project requirements.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with estimation, design, and execution teams to support pricing reviews, technical clarifications, and seamless project handover.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain robust engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and present accurate forecast and pipeline reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Brand Excellence: Uphold NOLTE’s premium positioning by ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, design, and execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured against the following KPIs:
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the Central Region.
- Gross Margin Contribution: Drive profitable sales by optimizing pricing strategies and minimizing cost inefficiencies.
- Pipeline Conversion Ratio: Efficiently convert leads into closed deals through strategic follow-up and negotiation.
- Active Project Accounts: Maintain a robust portfolio of active projects, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Coordination Efficiency: Demonstrate excellence in project coordination, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
Required Competencies
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and professional working proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tendering processes, BOQ interpretation, and project sales within the interior fit-out sector.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive business growth.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Central Region’s market dynamics, key players, and competitive landscape.
