Regional Public Affairs Lead - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Join our Corporate Functions team as the Regional Public Affairs Lead, supporting Sanofi's business objectives across Saudi Arabia. You'll execute public affairs initiatives, manage healthcare ecosystem partnerships, and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to improve patient outcomes, support access ambitions, and strengthen Sanofi's reputation.

As the operational execution arm of Public Affairs, you'll serve as the primary owner of non-government stakeholder engagement across all Sanofi Business Units. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining engagement plans with key stakeholders in the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Leading patient advocacy initiatives, disease-awareness programs, and patient education efforts.
• Acting as the Public Affairs focal point for priority healthcare accounts.
• Supporting business priorities through stakeholder engagement strategies and external partnership programs.
• Planning and executing stakeholder events and workshops.
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholder activities with Medical, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
• Maintaining stakeholder engagement dashboards and KPI monitoring.
• Building long-term partnerships and maintaining comprehensive stakeholder mapping.

We're looking for a professional with:

• 5-8 years of experience in Public Affairs, Healthcare Partnerships, or related fields.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience working with patient associations, scientific societies, or healthcare institutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement projects.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder relationship management, and business acumen skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Public Policy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
