Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations across various departments within the dark store, including inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and customer service. Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to assess departmental performance. Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
• Team Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and motivated team. Address staffing needs proactively to ensure adequate resources and maintain operational continuity.
• Process Optimization: Analyze operational processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement. Implement best practices and innovative strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall store performance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between store teams, inventory teams, supply chain teams, and operations leaders. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to align goals, resolve challenges, and drive collective success.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple dark stores, or equivalent experience in e-commerce or grocery retail operations. A proven track record in leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments is essential.
• Operational Expertise: In-depth understanding of dark store operational processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control. Familiarity with retail logistics and supply chain dynamics is highly desirable.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid grasp of relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to convey expectations clearly and motivate teams toward achieving shared goals.
• Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to relocate to the North region as required.
