Position Overview

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory, located in Tabuk’s Industrial City, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to oversee all warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory management, and compliance with Nestlé’s stringent quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials to production while maintaining accurate records and optimizing storage efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in inventory systems, and a commitment to adhering to Nestlé’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Material Handling & Compliance: Verify the accuracy and condition of incoming materials by cross-checking documents and physical inspections. Ensure all received materials meet Nestlé’s quality standards before acceptance.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate daily material receipts with stakeholders, updating the ERP system and database to track raw materials against receiving orders. Implement barcode tagging and systematic arrangement of materials for efficient retrieval.
• Production Support: Manage material issuance to production departments using advanced inventory techniques such as FIFO (First In, First Out), LIFO (Last In, First Out), PAR levels, and average cost methods, as dictated by ERP system orders.
• Warehouse Inspections: Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage conditions, raw materials, and equipment to ensure adequate space, proper organization, and compliance with Nestlé’s standards. Address any discrepancies or safety hazards promptly.
• Stock Reconciliation: Perform monthly inventory control assessments to validate stock balances, comparing physical counts with ERP system records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Nestlé’s SHE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for self and colleagues. Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds will also be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, with experience using ERP systems and inventory management software. Familiarity with barcode scanning systems is a plus.
• Language Skills: Native fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to documentation, record-keeping, and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely.
