IT GRC Senior Specialist

SOLGulf, a leading digital transformation consulting partner, is seeking an experienced IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Specialist to drive our organization's GRC strategy and ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing integrated GRC frameworks, managing IT policies and procedures, and serving as a liaison between IT and other corporate departments. This role is critical in ensuring effective coordination and timely resolution of governance and compliance gaps.

• Governance, Policies & Procedures: Develop, review, and continuously improve IT policies and procedures; review and update the RACI Matrix; implement recognized governance frameworks such as COBIT 2019 and ITIL.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure IT compliance with internal policies and applicable national regulations; act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors; conduct periodic self-assessments.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, monitor, and manage IT-related risks; develop mitigation and response plans; establish, maintain, and regularly update the IT Risk Register.
• Interface & Liaison: Serve as the official liaison between the IT Department and other corporate functions; translate business and operational requirements into IT governance controls, policies, and procedures.

We invite qualified candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT GRC to apply. Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
