The Lead Auditor is an experienced professional responsible for directing and supporting auditors in various aspects of real estate taxation. This role involves conducting complex operational activities, including directing audits, updating valuation templates, and maintaining audit manuals. The Lead Auditor ensures compliance with applicable systems, policies, and professional conduct while staying updated with real estate tax systems and policies.

• Stay current with real estate tax systems, policies, and accounting principles
• Develop and update valuation templates and audit tools
• Maintain and update real estate disposition audit manuals
• Prioritize and allocate audit schedules for SMEs
• Verify legal real estate documents and declarations
• Study and evaluate real estate transactions, identify discrepancies, and detect non-compliance
• Conduct field audit visits and advise on requirements and obligations
• Consolidate and evaluate legal and financial observations
• Review and approve audit reports, and manage objections and appeals
• Maintain and update systems and databases for data exchange
• Prepare reports and statistics on audit results
