Executive Audit Manager Information Technology

Job Purpose

Lead the evaluation of the bank's Technology/Cyber Security processes and assets, providing objective assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, controls, governance, risk management, and reporting to the IT Audit Director.

Key Accountabilities & Detailed Tasks

• Department Strategy Formulation: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the IT Audit strategy and plans, aligning with department and business line needs and objectives.
• Departmental Direction: Perform or lead IT audits in accordance with ARB Audit framework and IIA standards, conducting reviews of systems, applications, and IT processes.
• Cyber Security Reviews: Conduct Cyber Security reviews and assessments, providing assurance on the maturity of processes and controls, and evaluating risk mitigation strategies.
• IT Audit Planning: Lead annual audit planning activities for IT and Cyber Security, using knowledge of the current IT environment and industry trends to identify potential issues and risks.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed audit plans and reports, providing an objective assessment of systems, processes, and operations to management and the Audit Committee.
• Regulatory Support: Support the IT Audit Director and CIA in responding to external auditors and KSA regulators, coordinating continuous monitoring of IA responses and verifying regulatory issues.
