As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a key business unit. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Lead the full financial cycle, including annual planning, budgeting, and periodic forecasting across multiple organizational levels.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and cash flow.
• Recommend corrective and strategic action plans, and continuously improve financial processes to adapt to organizational changes.
• Propose and implement process redesigns with a broader functional perspective in mind.
• Collaborate and influence across functions, maintaining effective communication with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Perform complex financial analysis, interpreting data and addressing unique business cases.
• Act as a trusted business partner, supporting leadership with insights, scenario modeling, and clear recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, with previous accounting experience preferred.
• Experience working in large multinational or matrix organizations (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Hyperion Planning / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Solid working knowledge of SAP ERP.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
