Senior Business Development Manager - EVAI

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for managing distributors in allocated markets, contributing significantly to the zone's and CBU's top and bottom-line growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and executing joint business plans with distributors.
• Managing diverse sales channels, with a specific focus on hypermarkets, supermarkets, impulse, airport, hotel, and restaurant channels.
• Negotiating trade terms and targets, and developing business plans.
• Anticipating risks and opportunities, and ensuring resources are in place to execute plans.
• Implementing trade marketing strategies and promotional planning.
• Monitoring and reporting on distributor performance and market visits.

Candidates should have around 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales, distributor management, or key account management within a multinational FMCG company. Essential abilities and competencies include:

• Result-oriented pragmatism, flexibility, and quick business understanding.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare, present, and follow-up business plans.
• An open-minded attitude, good listening skills, self-motivation, and drive.
• Knowledge of the market, category, and off-premise channels.
• Excellent negotiation, trade marketing, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with other languages being an asset.
