About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Services & Data Solutions Senior Director to lead our Service & Data Solutions vertical with strategic foresight and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Director, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for the Service & Data Solutions vertical, ensuring alignment with Takamol’s mission and the EVP’s vision. Drive the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities in socio-economic projects.
• Solution Innovation & Delivery: Lead the creation of compelling solution proposals and support RFP responses to secure high-value projects. Ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, product roadmaps, and operational improvements. Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that drive competitive advantage.
• Technology Integration & Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and digital innovations to enhance service delivery, elevate customer experience, and bolster our market position. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage them to drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team comprising project managers, data scientists, solution architects, and product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration to achieve exceptional results.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of data-driven products and services, from conceptualization and development to monetization. This includes platforms, analytics dashboards, AI tools, and other innovative solutions tailored to meet market demands.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust blend of educational background, professional experience, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data science, business analytics, or digital transformation are highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT solutions, government services, or product-led roles, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record in driving large-scale projects, pre-sales initiatives, and product development in socio-economic contexts.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in enterprise integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, and middleware.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, scaling strategies, and go-to-market execution.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services, including architecture, deployment, and management.
  • Hands-on experience with data and business intelligence tools, including big data platforms, data governance frameworks, and visualization tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements, particularly in government and public sector contexts.
