The Senior Supervisor of Finance Business Partnering is responsible for guiding and overseeing complex activities that align with departmental and organizational goals. This role involves driving operational improvements, mentoring team members, and ensuring quality and compliance in team outputs.

• Functional Responsibilities:
• Supervise commercial finance activities, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Oversee financial analysis and reporting for commercial projects.

• Ensure compliance with commercial finance policies.
• Support pricing strategy development and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with sales teams on financial planning.
• Provide training and support to the commercial finance team.
• Report commercial finance performance to management.
• Implement process improvements in commercial finance.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies for commercial operations.

Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. Proficiency in English is essential, while proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Working Relations: The role involves internal interactions such as knowledge sharing sessions, peer collaboration, mentorship programs, and research and development discussions. External interactions include attending industry conferences, participating in professional associations, contributing to thought leadership publishing, and engaging in client consultations.
