In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
• Managing social media channels and creating optimized online content.
• Monitoring web and online performance analytics and reporting on key metrics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding.
• Providing day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assisting with network and systems access and ensuring digital tools and platforms operate smoothly.
• Communicating clearly with non-technical users and maintaining documentation for both marketing activities and IT support tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical and marketing concepts clearly.
• Experience providing IT support and familiarity with common office productivity software.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Computer Engineering, Networking Software, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing, IT support, or analytics are an advantage.
