• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure project delivery meets required standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality records and documentation.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA/QC teams.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and international quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
