Senior Network & Systems Engineer - Lead, OTS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network & Systems Engineer - Lead to join our team at Afaq - Warehouse Branch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading a team of network and systems engineers, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the stability and security of our complex network infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network and system infrastructure.
• Leading a team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure network and system requirements are met.
• Developing and implementing network and system security policies and procedures.
• Monitoring network and system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest network and system technologies and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Network & Systems Engineer or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Expertise in network protocols, system administration, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
