Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer

Our subsidiary, SOOR, is seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to oversee, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments. The primary goal is to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise application hosting environments
• Troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers
• Administer and troubleshoot IIS and SQL Server
• Support web applications and production environments
• Manage SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls
• Implement change management, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in similar projects
