Regional Leadership Role: KSA Project Channel Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader for our Western Region to drive the overall delivery of Project Channel Sales in KSA. This role is pivotal in achieving corporate objectives and KPIs, focusing on three strategic sub-channels: Residential, Hotels, and Healthcare.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key channels and targets, collaborating with relevant departments to enhance customer service and support.
• Liaise with SCM and product teams to provide project customers with up-to-date product information.
• Build and maintain a robust network of professional influencers and decision-makers through regular visits to contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants.
• Accurately forecast sales and analyze critical success factors to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather and report competitor market intelligence and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Identify and explore marketing events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities.
• Ensure full usage of Salesforce for lead, opportunity, and client prospect management.
• Collaborate with other business channels and Leader Projects KSA to achieve common goals and KPIs.

Candidates should possess:

• Fluency in English and Arabic, with additional languages being an asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the building materials industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, competitive environment, maintaining LIXIL's quality and reputation for excellence.
• Strong external relationship management skills.
