QA/QC Engineer - Fresh Graduates

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer – Fresh Graduates to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be entrusted with a range of critical tasks to uphold the highest standards of quality across all construction activities. Your duties will include:

• Quality Assurance & Control Implementation: Develop and enforce Project Quality Management Systems by establishing comprehensive procedures, plans, and work instructions tailored to the project’s unique requirements. Ensure that all construction activities comply with approved quality plans and International Management System (IMS) procedures.
• Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Senior QA/QC Engineer in implementing and monitoring the quality management system on-site. Work closely with the site team to ensure seamless execution of quality protocols.
• Inspection and Testing Oversight: Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for each construction activity to ensure comprehensive coverage of all site operations. Monitor inspection and test reports, providing timely updates to the Quality Manager and site team on the status of compliance and corrective actions.
• Material and Documentation Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections of all incoming materials to verify compliance with project specifications and approved material submittals. Ensure that control of document procedures is strictly followed, and all approved documents from consultants are distributed through the document control system.
• Quality Plan Execution: Establish and monitor the control of QA/QC Plans, Method Statements, and Test Plans prior to project commencement. Implement these plans throughout the project lifecycle to meet stringent quality requirements and exceed client expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Verify that Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are in place and that all Method Statements and Test Plans are submitted to consultants in accordance with the approved ITP plan. Maintain meticulous records to ensure transparency and accountability in all quality-related processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
