Lead Flow Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with a proven track record in the design of pipelines, utilities, and offsite piping systems from the conceptual stage through detailed design for medium to large-scale projects. This role requires a deep understanding of flow assurance engineering principles, international standards, and economics, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, or Infrastructure industries.

• Proven expertise in pipeline flow assurance and hydraulic calculations, with a background in pipeline simulation engineering.
• Extensive experience in steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses using industry-standard software such as SPS, PIPENET, and PIPESIM.
• Capability to use other process tools like HYSYS, PVTSIM, and Multiflash.
• Experience in reviewing and approving process deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, Design Basis, Process Narratives, and Equipment Specification documents.
• Proven ability to perform surge analysis on liquid lines using simulation tools like SPS and design surge protection systems.
• Familiarity with applicable regulations, codes, and standards, with a preference for GCC and Saudi Aramco experience.
• Strong technical presentation skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and foster a positive work environment.
• Desirable experience includes firewater demand calculations, industrial drainage design, and familiarity with associated Saudi Aramco standards and NFPA requirements.
