Role Overview: Accountant at Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Accountant to join the Finance Team at Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals who are not only proficient with numbers but also bring a proactive mindset, a commitment to accuracy, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the success of our dynamic hospitality environment. As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by ensuring precise record-keeping, processing transactions, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Your expertise will support the team in upholding compliance with company policies and accounting standards, while also driving operational excellence and financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions with precision and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Journal Entries & Record Maintenance: Prepare and review journal entries, maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting principles.
• Bank & Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements to identify discrepancies and ensure financial alignment.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing Support: Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate closings in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports as requested, providing insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous accounting files and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data, documentation, and explanations as required.
• Collaborative Contributions: Support the Financial Controller and broader Finance Team by performing additional duties as assigned, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
