Join MICO WORLD, a global leader in open social platforms, offering chat, video, voice, live streaming, and games to over 100 million users across 150 countries. We're seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate to drive our brand's presence in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Influencer Mapping: Identify and engage high-potential creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that resonate with our apps' DNA.
• Strategic Negotiation: Act as our brand ambassador, negotiating competitive rates, long-term packages, and exclusive deals with creators.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the entire creator workflow, from script review to final performance audit.
• Content Localization: Collaborate with creators to adapt global brand requirements into trendy, high-impact local Arabic content.
• CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in lead data, rate cards, and communication logs within our internal CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Based in MENA.
• Native Arabic and fluent professional English.
• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development, with a preference for candidates from TikTok/ByteDance or similar tech firms.
• Strong social intuition, excellent negotiation skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
